Carry eRko in your pocket instead of a folder full of policies. Contracts, your green card and claims for vehicles and company property — all on your phone, at home and abroad.
An overview of all your insurance contracts in one place. The app shows terms, coverage and important dates.
See all your claims in one place, including the current status of each case.
We rebuilt the app from the ground up. Everything essential is just a few taps away.
Report damage to a vehicle or company property. By voice, chat, or later via a form – whatever suits you at the moment.
Your digital green card is always up to date – even if you switch insurers. Before travelling, print it straight from the app.
Drive more than one car? Switch between vehicles with a single tap and see each one's insurance and green card.
Need towing or assistance? eRko always shows you the up-to-date contacts that matter.
Every situation is different – after a highway accident you want to talk, a parking-lot scratch can wait until the evening on your couch. eRko offers three ways to report a claim and passes everything straight to RESPECT.

After an accident the app walks you through it step by step: it tells you when to call the police, shows which photos the insurer needs, and helps you fill in the accident report.

An accident abroad is extra stress – you don't know the local rules or whether to call the police. eRko shows you what applies in the country you're in, and you report the claim exactly the same way as at home.

Drivers report claims through a single unified flow while you see the status of every case in one place. Upload your own company guidelines to the app, so drivers follow your rules even right after an accident.

Everything you need to know about eRko. Can't find an answer? Drop us a line.
eRko is an app for RESPECT clients. If your vehicles or fleet are insured through RESPECT, we'll grant you access based on the eRko App Access Agreement. Just get in touch with your RESPECT contact person.
Contact your RESPECT contact person. We'll send you the eRko App Access Agreement to sign; once it's returned we activate the app, and your drivers will find a QR code on their green cards to enter the app.
You'll find a QR code on your green card. Scan it in the app and you're signed in – no passwords, no registration forms. The QR code is only active if your company has a written eRko App Access Agreement in place.
The app is free for RESPECT clients. Downloading it from the App Store or Google Play is free of charge.
iOS and Android phones. A web version is available as well.
You report the claim right in the app – by voice or via chat. The assistant walks you through it step by step: it helps you photograph the damage following the photo guide, assists with the accident report using a pre-filled template, and passes everything straight to RESPECT. You then track the claim status in the app in real time.
Voice assistance works like a phone call – it connects you with an AI assistant who handles the situation with you in real time. Text assistance happens in an in-app chat where you can send photos, videos and documents and follow the progress. Both are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Yes. eRko shows you the rules that apply in the country you're in and advises you on when to call the police. You report the claim from abroad exactly the same way as in the Czech Republic.
Essential information and contacts, including your green card, are available offline too.
eRko gives your company centralised management of fleet insurance contracts. Drivers report claims through a single unified flow in the app, the fleet manager sees the status of each case, and communication with insurers runs through RESPECT – no e-mail forwarding, no paperwork.
Yes. You can grant access to multiple employees and give each of them role-based permissions – a driver sees their own vehicle and reports.
Yes. Upload company documents with claim instructions to eRko. Drivers find them right inside the claims flow, so company rules get followed even in the stress right after an accident.
